fry it up for sandwiches use like BLT ham instead of bacon, put on grilled cheese, put it in eggslike an omlette, chop add pickles and mayo you got ham salad, put on top of a garden salad for a little extra flavor and add to pea soup homemade pea soup is yummy. Christine
