1 pkg spaghetti 10 slices bacon, crumbled (save 1 tsp fat) 1 medium onion, chooped 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 cups cooked chicken, cut up 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 1/2 cup whipping cream (heavy)
Cook spaghetti. Cook onions & garlic in bacon fat until tender. In sauce pan, heat cream & cheese until slightly thick. Combine chicken, onions, garlic & spaghetti. Pour sauce on & top with bacon. Salt & pepper to taste. (Can also add an Italian seasoning.)
Bacon and cream in the same dish? Must be delicious! This would be a wonderful treat. Planned over seafood would be a great substitution for the chicken. Clams, shrimp, crab and mussels would all make an elegant feast.
