1 1/2 lbs ground beef 1 Small onion, chopped 1 head cabbage, shredded or 1 cup catsup 1 cup water torn 1 cup Minute rice, cooked 1 Green pepper, chopped
Put cabbage in boiling water and cook until slightly soft, drain.
Brown ground beef and onions until onions are clear and beef loses pink color. Drain. Add cooked rice to meat and tomato mixture in baking pan or large dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or a little longer.
