1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork
2 large onions
1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 large head of cabbage (shredded)
1 can (10 ounce) tomato soup
Fry the beef, pork, and onions together until brown.
Cover the rice with boiling water, add salt and pepper;
then boil until water is absorbed. Fry the cabbage until
limp. Mix all ingredients together in a large casserole
and cover with tomato soup.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees F.
for 1 hour.
This ground beef recipe will serve 6 to 8.
