Layered Salad 3/4 cup loosely packed torn romaine lettuce 1/4 cup sliced radishes 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed 1/4 red pepper, chopped 1 hard-cooked eggs, quartered 1 green onions, chopped 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese 1 slice cooked bacon, crumbled 1 tbs mayonnaise 1 tbs sour cream 1 tsp sugar Place lettuce in large clear bowl. Cover with layers of next 7 ingredients. Mix remaining ingredients until blended. Spread over salad, completely covering top layer. Refrigerate several hours. Toss just before serving.
