If it’s not too intrusive, I would love to see an example of what you
would have for meals in a typical day. This sounds so awesome – and inNYC, at that! I am truly amazed and applaud you!

I don’t know if there is a book on this, but I feed 4 adults, 3 largedogs
and 2 cats for $4.50 a day including paper and soap.
