Sugarless Peach Apple Butter
3 lb. peaches, peeled, pitted, & cut up.
1 20-oz. frozen apple juice concentrate
In a 4-qt. pot, mash peaches well and add thawed juice concentrate. Bring to
boil gently, uncovered, reduce heat and cook 35-40 minutes or till very

Press through a sieve or fine strainer if
want it completely smooth. Ladle into 4 1/2-pint jars, leaving 1/2″
Make sure to wipe the rims of jars clean. Place the lids on and process in
boiling ater bath time for 10 minutes after the water starts to boil.

This is one I’m going to try once Chilton County peaches comes back in season next year.
