This is an awesome creamy shrimp salad recipe that is fully keto. I like to wrap mine in romaine lettuce leaves or once in a great while, toasted Aldi Zero Carb Bread, my partner likes it on whole grain bread (but obviously that’s not keto!)
If you wanted to eat it more like a salad rather than as a filling for cucumber subs or keto wraps, etc you could add some diced avocado chunks and maybe 2 or 3 grape tomatoes, halved.
Keto Shrimp Salad
1lb salad/small shrimp
2 Tbls of finely chopped celery and onions
1 Tbls of dried parsley
Salt and pepper and garlic powder to taste
1 Tbls old bay
1/2 cup mayo I use dukes
Mix together and let it sit overnight so the flavors have time to develop.
