Keto Marinara sauce. This sauce is so good and can easily be made with all Aldi items if you want to reduce your expenses.
Keto Marinara Sauce
1 can 28oz crushed tomatoes
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp.dried oregano
1 tsp dried parsley
2 tbs red wine vinegar
Measure and pulse it all in the blender for a few seconds. That’s it, the marinara sauce is ready to eat. You do not have to simmer it.
Use for low carb noodles. Pizza. Cheese sticks. Chicken parmesan, etc
The can says 3 net carbs for 1/4 cup.
To make Spaghetti Sauce
Add 1/2 cup of oil to the above recipe for easy homemade keto spaghetti sauce
