Who says you have to go without when you switch to a Keto lifestyle!! Here’s a delicious homemade Keto Frozen Mudslide with all the flavor of your favorite naughty restaurant or neighborhood bar.
Keto Frozen Mudslide
You will need:
2 scoops Ketologie Chocolate Keto Shake, (or your favorite chocolate shake powder)
3 tbsp BochaSweet or Powdered Monk Fruit Erythritol
1.5 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk, or coconut milk
3/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 cups Ice
2 shots vodka, optional if you prefer a virgin version
Keto Chocolate Syrup
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, except the chocolate syrup. Blend until smooth (less than 1 minute). Drizzle the inside of the glass with chocolate syrup before pouring the mudslide in. Then top with a dab of whipped cream and more chocolate syrup drizzles. The homemade keto chocolate syrup recipe here on the site is amazing, you cannot tell that its NOT the original stuff!
Makes 2 – 16oz drinks or 4 – 8oz drinks

Obviously, if you use a different brand of protein powder, you’ll have to alter your macros.

Damn, this sounds absolutely amazing! I can’t wait to give it a try, it’s so hard to find decent keto desserts and drinks when you’re first starting out.
