I follow an awesome Keto group and one of the members, Simo, shared this awesome Keto Chocolate Mug Cake recipe. It’s utterly delicious!!

Keto Chocolate Mug Cake
2 tbsp of butter
1/4 c of almond flour
2 tbsp of cocoa powder
2 tbsp of keto friendly chocolate chips
2 tbsp granulated Swerve
1/4 c. whipped cream
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
salt
In a microwave-safe mug heat the butter for 30 seconds or until it melts . Add almond flour, cocoa powder, chocolate, Swerve, egg, baking powder, and a pinch of salt into the cup and stir until combined. Put into the microwave for 1 minute , then take it out let it rest. Top with whipped cream before serving.
