      Great Grilled Quesadillas

      Total Time:9 min

      Makes:4 servings, two quesadilla halves each.

      1/2 cup Mexican Style Shredded Cheese

      4 Flour Tortillas

      1/4 cup Thick ‘N Chunky Salsa

      1/4 cup chopped cilantro

      PREHEAT grill to medium heat. Sprinkle 2 Tbsp. cheese onto half of

      each tortilla; top with 1 Tbsp. each of the salsa and cilantro. Fold

      tortillas in half; press lightly to secure.

      GRILL 1 to 2 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and

      quesadillas are lightly browned on both sides.

      cut each quesadilla in half to serve.

      Makes:20 servings, two topped crackers each

      1 small tomato, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)

      1/4 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

      2 green onions, sliced

      1 Tbsp. Zesty Italian Dressing

      40 TRISCUIT Crackers 1 pkg.

      (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened

      mix tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, onions and dressing.

      spread each cracker with about 1 tsp. of the cream cheese; top with

      1 tsp. of the tomato mixture.

      2 cups cold milk

      1 container (6 oz.) strawberry yogurt

      1 pkg.(4-serving size) Strawberry Flavor Gelatin

      1 cup frozen mixed berries

      2 biscuits Shredded Wheat Cereal, crumbled

      place all ingredients in blender; cover.

      blend on high speed 15 sec. or until smooth.

      SERVE immediately.

      Prep Time:10 min

      Total Time:45 min

      Makes:16 servings, 1/2 cup each

      4 cups spoon size shredded wheat cereal

      2 cups popped popcorn

      1 cup small pretzels

      1 cup Mixed Nuts

      1 env. Italian Salad Dressing

      1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted

      2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

      1/4 tsp. garlic powder

      PREHEAT oven to 300°F. Toss cereal with popcorn, pretzels and nuts in

      15x10x1-inch baking pan. Sprinkle evenly with salad dressing mix.

      mix butter, worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. drizzle evenly

      over cereal mixture; toss to coat.

      bake 30 to 35 min. or until lightly toasted, stirring after 15 min.

      Cool. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.

      Makes:2 qt. or 8 servings, 1 cup each

      1 tub crystal light strawberry kiwi flavor

      6 cups water

      3 cups frozen strawberries, divided

      1 cup cold diet ginger ale, divided

      empty contents of drink mix tub into large plastic or glass pitcher.

      add water; stir until drink mix is dissolved.

      place 3 cups of the prepared drink mix, 1-1/2 cups of the

      strawberries and 1/2 cup of the ginger ale in blender; cover. Blend

      on high speed until smooth. Pour evenly into four glasses. Repeat

      with remaining ingredients.

      serve immediately.
