      Kale Chips
      2 large bunches kale
      olive oil
      sea salt or coarse salt
      Preheat the oven to 350 F. Lightly oil a large baking sheet with olive oil.
      Wash and dry the kale, then tear into chip-sized pieces. Place on the prepared sheet, then drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt or coarse salt.

      Bake for about 8-12 minutes, or until crisp. Cool on a wire cooling rack to room temperature and serve! Serves 6-8.
