    Monday – black bean patty on toast

    Tuesday – chicken patty in a pita pocket

    Wednesday – sausage patties in a mini-pita

    Thursday – pb&j toast

    Friday – chocolate and pineapple protein shake

    Saturday – fried eggs, sausage, and toast
