Haven’t posted my menu in about a hundred years. Maybe I’ll start sticking to it if I post
I’m dealing with pneumonia this week week so we’ll see how it goes.Sunday- patty melts with carmelized onions, chips and fruit
Monday – Giant pot of chili with cornbread
Tuesday- Grilled pork chops, homemade rice a roni, steamed broccoli
Wednesday- chilli dogs and homemade chips
Thursday- spaghetti, homemade soft breadsticks, salad
Friday- Homemade french bread pizzas
Saturday- BBQ burgers, homemade fries, veggi sticks and fruitLunches will be ham sandwiches, wraps, leftover chilli, and yogurt with homemade granola.Breakfasts will be smoothies, homemade freezer waffles, and egg sandwiches
I feel better knowing there is a plan in place

I understand how you feel about having a plan in place…it gives me a bit of ‘peace of mind.
I’m so sorry you’ve been sick. I hope you feel much better soon! - January 26, 2014 at 11:45 pm #449260

oh, my friend, i am so sorry that you have been ill! i understand the feeling of being not on your game…i was ill with bronchitis and some bizarre virus going around four nearly two weeks (hence my lack of posts;-). i am so glad that you are back in the game and look forward to your recipes and plans! - January 27, 2014 at 10:04 pm #449329

Get well wishes to you. Your menu looks great. I love all the homemade items. When I make meatball subs I make my own sub rolls.
Fresh bread is always such a treat. Again, I hope you feel better soon. (-:

So far so good…. couldn’t do the breadsticks but I turned whole wheat hoagie rolls that were in the freezer into garlic bread. chilli dogs bumped in favor of an idea I saw for hot dog French fries smothered in chili, with French fries on the side.random text from son prompted taco’s for Friday with Spanish rice and beans ( think he has buddies coming over) , French bread pizzas moved to Sat. Menu’s aren’t set in stone but it’s nice to have a plan in place

Sounds like you’re feeling a bit better my friend. I can appreciate your adjustments… That’s why I didn’t post for nearly a week…just couldn’t eat…so no need to share…
I’m a single and just didn’t see the need to post that my menu had been bouillon and toast! LOL!
