      4 – 6 potatoes (depending on size )
      1 bottle Italian dressing

      Peel potatoes and dice. Put diced potatoes in a baking dish. Pour dressing on top evenly.

      Bake 45 min – 1 hour. Until potatoes are tender. Serve.

      These are VERY good!!! I just came across this idea one night when trying to think of what to throw together. Worked out great!

      This sounds really good. I use Italian Dressing alot in different recipes for seasoning.Yumm

      This is a very clever idea. There are any number of variations for this basic recipe. I have also used this dressing as a marinade for brisket and certain tougher cuts of beef.
