Here’s an easy Make ahead Italian Meatball seasoning mix. This recipe makes enough for 4 packages of seasoning. (Or 4 meals)
2 ½ cups dry bread crumbs
2/3 cup dried minced onion
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup dried parsley flakes
1 T garlic powder
1 T garlic salt
Combine all the ingredients together & divide into 4 even packages (about a cup each)
Directions to complete:

1 pkg Meatball Mix
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 pound ground beef or Turkey
Mix together ground meat, egg and seasoning mix until well blended. Shape into 1 ½ inch balls & place on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
Yields 16 meatballs for batch.
