Brown hamburger with onions, celery, season with salt and pepper. Add jelly, stirring constantly until melted. Stir remaining ingredients; simmer sauce (stirring often) for 15 to 20 minutes. Thin with water, if necessary. Ladle over hot cooked spaghetti (or Mostaccioli pasta).
