This feeds quite a few people and is good for you too 🙂
1 LB Italian Sausge(made my own for this batch, pretty easy)
1 Can Hunts Spaghetti Sauce
1 lg can kidney beans, drained
6 boullion cubes
Dry Noodles of your choice
1 Can diced tomatoes, drained
1 chopped onion.
1 tb Cumin and Chili Powder.
3 cups shredded cabbage.
3 tb Corn Starch.
1/2 cup water
Brown sausage and onion together.
Pour in the can of spaghetti sauce and dump in an additional
3 cans of water. Dump in the tomatoes, and kidney beans.
Drop in the boullion cubes and spices.
Simmer for approx 30 min.
Drop in noodles, stirring occasionally till al dente.
Stir in cabbage right at end. Mix up corn starch
Add more corn starch mixture or until soup is desired
consistency.
Serve with bread or crackers.
