I bake a brownie mix in a thin layer on a sheet pan. Watch closely
since it is thin. Meanwhile I pull out my ice cream (2 half gallons)
whatever flavors to soften. After the brownie is cool I start
assembling. I put down one layer of ice cream in a 13×9 pan then put
a layer of brownie, then top with the other flavor ice cream. Cover
and refreeze. I frost with a cool whip that has a box of pudding mix
mixed in to compliment the flavors. Gel frosting works well with the
cold. Hope this gives you ideas. Blessings
