What I’ve found works pretty well for my hair is 3 Tbs of regular hair
conditioner in an 8-oz spray bottle. I fill it the rest of the way
with water, shake well, and spray at my hair as needed. It keeps the
frizzies and tangles down as well as the cost for sprays and
conditioners. Should more detangling/conditioning be needed add a
tablespoon at a time until you get the desired results.
You can also take a dollop of conditioner and rub it into dry hair, but
I prefer the ease of my spray to be honest.
I have heard that a wide-tooth comb used from the bottom up (in small
sections) is supposed to help in the detangling department as well, but
I haven’t tried it yet so I can’t say how well that works.
Good luck!
