ISO broccoli cheese soup recipe

Ok Ladies,

I am in need of a SIMPLE broccoli cheese soup recipe. I have some chicken stock, velvetta, and some frozen broccoli that I would like to use, just need an actual recipe. I’d like to make it in the crock-pot.
