There are a lot of things you can do with that extensive list! Rice is great once its cooked and left over. We intentionally cook too much just so it is left over.
It can be stir fried with left over cooked meat and veggies that are cut up. It can be made into rice pudding to use up excess milk with or without raisins. It can be added to chilli, soup, or cooked beans to make gumbos, chowders, and stew.
It can also be mashed and made into thin flat pancake-type shapes that are then fried and lightly salted. There are several other great ideas out there. Free recipies are everywhere!
