Impossible Apple Pie does the impossible by making it’s own crust while it bakes in your oven. Simple combine all the ingredients and pour into a prepared pie plate and the oven does the work.
I used to buy Bisquick, but I discovered the recipe here on the site and I use it all the time so it saves me quite a bit of money to use my own.
What’s In It:
Impossible Apple Pie
3 cups sliced peeled all-purpose apples (3 large)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup QuickMix (aka homemade Bisquick)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon margarine, butter or spread,* softened
Combine the first 3 ingredients and pour them into a greased pie plate. In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients and then pour it over the top. Bake at 350F for 40-50 minutes
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream while still warm.

Apple season is here! This looks good for fall cook-outs. Giggle…I live where we can cook-out year round…most of the time…
