      IHOP — Crock-pot French Toast
      ½ Loaf of Bread
      6 Eggs
      2 cups Low-fat Milk
      1 tsp Cinnamon
      1 tbs Light Brown Sugar
      1 tsp Vanilla
      1 bottle Maple Syrup
      1-2 Handfuls Fresh Strawberries, sliced
      1-2 Handfuls Fresh Blueberries
      Use cooking spray to grease your crock-pot. Break up the bread slices in half. Take out a bowl and combine the remaining ingredients.

      Place each bread slice into the bowl to evenly coat and then transfer the slices into your crock-pot. Pour the remaining mixture over the bread. Cook on low for 6 hours.

      Remove the lid 15 minutes before the French toast is finished. Serve alongside maple syrup and use strawberries and blueberries as topping. Serves 4-6, breakfast, bruch, lunch or supper!
