frozen corn- as much as you want
salsa
vegan cheese
black pepper (optional)
First, defrost the corn. Then pile it up high on a plate, and top with vegan cheese (cheddar variety is best). Either put it in the microwave for a couple minutes, or under the broiler.
Of course if you choose the broiler, watch out, your plate might get pretty hot! Top with salsa and black pepper (fresh ground is great but work with what you’ve got).
