I think if the absent parents had to pay in order to keep their child
in foster care there would be a lot more abuse/neglect cases. People
would try to keep their money and just abuse or neglect their child.Unfortunately, I have seen it too many times. I do agree that foster
parents should get stipends and help from the state, they do in our
state although it’s never enough for all that the child usuallyneeds. 🙁 Lisa
