I agree with you. 100%. But I got the impression that she was saying
that it would increase her budget so it would help by brining in extra
money. When I thought I was going to be a foster parent I expected
that, at the end of the month, I would spend MORE out of my pocket
than I would receive as a per diem, not LESS, where it would allow me
to use the extra money for regular household expenses. Again, I
believe that we are on the same page.+
