      2 (15oz) cans garbanzo beans, rinsed & drained
      1 tsp minced garlic
      1 Tbs tamari
      1/4 cup lemon juice
      1 Tbs sesame oil
      salt & cayenne to taste

      Place all in food processor or blender & puree. Serve as a dip or sauce. (Great with tasted pita bread.)

      Makes 8 (1/4 cup) servings
