How to Save Money

OK I’m completely new to this group. The bargains sound GREAT; however, where do you all find them? What am I missing? I need to save money, cut down, etc but I’m not sure where to start and when I see these bargains I just shake my head wondering WHERE and HOW!!!! Thanks
