How to Make Your Own Dryer Sheets?

hi, i had a quick question regarding dryer sheets, does anyone know how to make
them? or any ideas? they can be very expensive!

I am very sent sensitive so I don’t use dryer sheets. I put vinegar in the fabric softener area of our washer and it softens our clothes. Our clothes don’t smell like pickles or salad dressing.
