      We used a stiff dog brush, brushing quickly. I know it sounds funny,

      but sometimes the vaccuum just doesn’t pull the fibers up enough. It is

      not a permanent fix, but it does help both the appearance and the feel.

      If the area is not too bad (ours was on the stairs and in the hall)it

      can take just a few seconds.
