We used a stiff dog brush, brushing quickly. I know it sounds funny,
but sometimes the vaccuum just doesn’t pull the fibers up enough. It is
not a permanent fix, but it does help both the appearance and the feel.If the area is not too bad (ours was on the stairs and in the hall)it
can take just a few seconds.
