Well, this was the first year I’ve cooked a turkey,
and I do not like to touch raw meat of any type, so
putting my hand under the skin was out. I have a
marinade injector that I normally use for steaks, but
I decided to use it on the bird. I melted a stick of
butter, and mixed in some Mrs. Dash and savory, then
injected it into the turkey.
It was great, I got
compliments even eating the leftovers today!
