Genworth refuses to cash in my annuity (which matured in early
January, and which states that it can be cashed in full). I have
completed their forms, sent everything via express mail or certified
mail, but they do nothing – and I’m mute so cannot telephone them. I
was depending on this money and can’t pay my property taxes for the
first time. Who can I contact to help me get Genworth to give me my
money? My receipts prove that I am telling the truth.
