Just a quick warning. I have hot flashes too, I was thinking about
trying Estraval
or something like it and the manager at the health food store told me if
you take medication for thyroid problems (as in Synthroid) you can have
problems with soy based hormones.
Make sure you do your research before you try any new meds, even natural
herbs and such.Nancy in Ohio
