      5 cups nonfat dry milk
      1 1/2 cups Splenda
      1 cup fat-free nondairy creamer
      1/2 cup unsweet cocoa

      Sift all in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly & store in airtight container. To serve combine 1 cup hot water & 1/4 cup hot chocolate mix.
