      4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
      1 c onion chopped fine
      1 can cream of chicken and mushroom soup
      2 c mayo
      1 can water chestnuts chopped

      combine all

      top with bread crumbs or dry stove top stuffing and chopped pecans

      bake for 1 hour at 350

      can be served as appetizer or main dish with crossaints
