Honey-Mustard Herbed Salmon
1 tsp honey
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp tarragon, fresh or 1/2 tsp dry
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp thyme
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp olive oil
10 oz salmon fillets, skin-on
Preheat oven to 425°.
Place parchment paper or aluminum foil on a baking sheet.
Stir together all ingredients except salmon.
Make sure that the mustard mixture is evenly distributed over each piece of salmon.
Bake, skin-side down, until salmon flakes apart, about 8 min. Serves 2
