      4 chicken breast halves-bone in
      4 chicken thighs-bone in
      5 garlic cloves-peeled and halved
      7 tbsp honey
      4 tbsp dry white wine
      3 tsp curry powder
      1 tbsp chopped fresh chives-for garnish

      1. Preheat oven to 350.
      2. Rub chicken with garlic; discard.

      Place chicken on a prepared baking sheet.
      3. In small saucepan, bring honey, wine, and curry powder to boil. Cook, stirring 1 minute, or until thick.

      Brush chicken with glaze; cook in oven 10 minutes, brush again, with glaze, and cook until completely done, (15 min more for thighs, 20 min more for breasts).
      5. Before serving, sprinkle chicken with chives.

      Serves 6
      A crisp garden salad and rice pilaf pair well with this dish.
