      1 lb bag baby carrots
      2/3 cup honey
      5 tbsp butter
      1/2 tsp ground ginger

      1. Steam carrots until crisp tender. Drain.

      Add honey, ginger, and butter to a medium saucepan. Mix well. Add carrots.

      Stir gently, coating carrots evenly.
      3. Cook on low until carrots are glazed.
