Locally, you can try a local GNC, but Trader Joes is where I buy mine. A vitamin
or healthfood store may carry it. Mothernature.com carries it and I have ordered

Dont let the high disage worry you only 1-2 % of the oral dose is absorbed
through the GI tract which is why the preferred route of administration is
intramuscular.
