home made cat food?

I seen in the e book that Liss made her own cat food that included rice. Does
anyone have the recipe she uses? I live in a wonderful area to “dump” cats and
puppies off.

I’m trying to feed around 20 cats outside, and do make gravey from
scraps to put on old bread and some cheaper dried cat food, but would like to
try to make it cheaper/ easier for me. Shelters won’t take any of the
cats/kittens because they are so full, main reason I get them dumped here I
guess.
