      3 cups SR flour
      1/2 cup brown sugar
      1/2 cup sugar
      1/2 cup dry milk
      1/8 tsp nutmeg
      1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
      1/8 tsp cloves
      pinch ground ginger

      Combine all ingredients. Place mix in a one quart jar.

      To make Holiday Muffins:

      1 egg, slightly beaten
      1 1/4 cup water
      1/4 cup butter-melted
      1 jar Holiday Muffin Mix

      1. Preheat oven to 400° and grease or spray muffin pan(s).
      2. In a bowl, combine muffin mix with other ingredients until moistened; don’t over mix.
      3. Fill muffin cups 1/2 – 3/4 full.
      4. Bake 10-15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center
      comes out clean.
      5. Immediately remove from pan and serve warm.

      *Option:
      Can add 1 tbsp of jam or marmalade of choice, in middle of muffin batter, then top with remaining batter.

      Makes 12-18 muffins.
