What a great use of leftover holiday ingredients. These pockets are great for watching the game and clearing out the fridge.
Leftover holiday turkey or ham 16 oz of favorite cream cheese 1 medium onion Frozen roll dough, thawed
Warm cream cheese to soften. Finely chop onion chop or shred your meat, then mix all together. Put a very small amount of oil onto the surface where you will be working with the dough.
Firmly press your thawed rolls until they are flattened, then place a scoop of your meat filling onto the center. Securely pinch all sides of the dough to close your bread pocket. Then, bake until rolls are done and slightly brown.
