Hot Cocoa Mocha
Ingredients:
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons HERSHEY’S Cocoa
2 tablespoons water
1 cup whipping cream
1-1/4 to 2 cups hot coffee
Instructions:
1. Stir together sugar and cocoa in microwave-safe 2 cup measure. Add water; stir until well blended.
Microwave at HIGH (100%) 30 to 45 seconds or until mixture boils.
2. Add whipping cream; stir until well blended. Microwave at HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until hot.
Combine cocoa mixture and coffee. Serve immediately. 3 to 4 servings.
