I also make a weekly menu plan, but I include breakfast and lunch.
That way, everyone knows exactly what they are eating. I can ensure
that we have everything we need. I print out one page for the menu
and at the bottom I leave a space for stuff we need for the following
week (like if we run out of something).
Then, on another piece of
paper, I print out all the recipes and keep them in the kitchen on my
cookbook holder. It makes meal time so easy and streamlined. Here’s
my menu for this week.
friday:
dinner —- meatloaf, mashed potatoes and applesauce
saturday:
breakfast — oatmeal
lunch —- leftovers
dinner — mom’s fast chili p.
