1 1/4 pound sliced cooked turkey
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup apple juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
Directions:
Combine broth, apple juice, honey, mustard, salt, basil, rosemary and garlic powder in skillet. Add turkey slices, turning to coat.
Cover and simmer for 8 minutes. Mix the cornstarch and water; stir in skillet. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
