(Serves 4)
1/2 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
3 medium carrots, julienned
2 Tbs water
2 Tbs butter
1/2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/8 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
Place beans & carrots in microwave-safe 8 inch swuare dish. Add water. Cover & microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain. Stir in butter & seasonings.
