Help with Headlights

I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to clean foggy headlights? I

read something somewhere once but I can’t remember what it was. My

headlights are so foggy, I can hardly see at night to drive. They have

the plastic lenses instead of glass and I can’t seem to get them clear

again. Any help would be greatly appreciated since I really don’t want

to have to go buy new ones.
