Help with Headlights

I honestly do not know how it worked. My husband did it one day very quickly(few minutes).I do know he bought it at Walmart,but he told me he has seen it at Auto stores also. I think it is wipes or something like that. It really worked!! I have 15 year old headlights that work like new. Shelly
